Complete a one page enrollment form and an authorization for us to help you
with your claims.

Review, sign and return an HSA Management Contract which states you want to
hire us to manage your health claims.

Submit all medical bills, claims, receipts, from your doctor and insurance
carrier to us via fax, or e-mail.

We will sort, reconcile, and store all submitted data, and advise you on
non-standard claims, covered expenses, etc.

You will receive a username and password where you can view the reconciled data
in an easy to read format any time. The data will be grouped by year, and
family member with deductibles, covered expenses and non covered expenses.

Data will be available in printable quarterly and annual reports for your
convenience.
